A full-scale medical unit with its own operating theatre in the North Block at Rockfield Central in Dundrum, Dublin 14, is to be offered for letting through agents Finnegan Menton.

The medical facility on the fifth floor of the North Block extends to 498sq m (5,360sq ft) and includes a fully-fitted operating facility and consultants suite as well as a two separate pre- and post- surgery scrub rooms. The flexible lease terms include a rent of about €172 per sq m (€16 per sq ft). The North Block is located next to the VHI Centre in Rockfield Centre and the Balally Luas stop where there are 450 park-and-ride spaces.

Three medical companies already operating out of Rockfield include Locumotion, Medserv and Euromedics Diagnostics. Other tenants include GSH and Dispora Management.

Finnegan Menton is also marketing a further office suite extending to 241sq m (2,600sq ft) on the second floor.
