Savills is seeking €725,000 for a bank building at Swords town centre in north Dublin. The single- storey listed building is let to KBC Bank Ireland for a term of 10 years from last June at an annual rent of €68,880.

The tenant has a break option in year seven. The property includes 12 car- parking spaces at the rear.

Stephen McCarthy of Savills said the easily managed investment has obvious appeal to investors seeking to benefit from the valuable capital gains tax exemptions that expire at the end of the year.
