Leopardstown office suits tech firm looking to grow

Ready-to-go office space in one of Dublin’s top suburban office parks is fresh to the letting market this week at €242 per square metre (€22.50 per square foot) through CBRE.

Around 283sq m (3,046sq ft) on the lower ground floor of the Philips Building in Leopardstown's South County Business Park is available to rent. "This would be an ideal location for a small to medium tech company looking to assert itself among the big players in the industry," says CBRE surveyor Robert Gardiner.

This three-storey, high-spec space is home to Philips Electronics while a number of other tech firms, such as Microsoft and Vodafone, are close by.

The spec includes raised access floors, suspended ceilings, LED lighting, a mix of cellular and open-plan space, and 15 car-parking spaces. A full-height atrium also allows in natural light to all floors.

This part of Dublin 18 is close to the M50 and N11, Green Luas line and Dublin Bus routes. Leopardstown racecourse and golf course is next door, as is a West Wood sports centre.
