Two multi-tenanted Georgian buildings at 38 and 39 Lr Leeson Street, Dublin 2, are going for sale at a knockdown price of €2.5 million through Natalie Brennan of agents CBRE.

The buildings, along with two three-bedroom mews houses at the rear, are currently producing a combined rental income of €271,880, which will give new owners a net initial return of 10.41 per cent.

The main buildings are interconnected on the second- and third-floor levels, and together with the mews houses have a combined floor area of 970sq m (10,437sq ft).
