A retail investment noted for its turret has come on the market in Cork city. David McCarthy of Lisney is guiding €1.2 million for the ground floor coffee shop and first floor restaurant at the junction of Emmet Place and Drawbridge Street which are producing a rent roll of €109,000 per annum.
