Killian O’Higgins to take over as MD of WK Nowlan Property

WK Nowlan Property, the multi-disciplinary property asset manager, has announced the appointment of Killian O’Higgins as managing director with immediate effect.

He will succeed Kevin Nowlan who moved last year to the role of chief executive in Nowlan's newly formed Hibernia REIT company.

O’Higgins was MD of DTZ Sherry FitzGerald until 2001 when he was appointed to a similar role at DTZ International in London.

He subsequently served in the top position in DTZ's business in Europe, Middle East and Africa and later became chief executive in Asia and the Pacific from a base in Hong Kong.

His new mandate in Dublin will be to develop the property asset management business and to expand into other niche areas of the property services market.
