An interesting infill residential site in Rathgar, Dublin, that may be redeveloped for a high-end apartment scheme hits the market this week for €5 million through joint agents Knight Frank and JP & M Doyle.

Called The Beeches, it has planning permission to be redeveloped for six two-bedroom apartments over three floors, with sizes from 99.25sq m (1,068sq ft) up to 125sq m (1,345sq ft).
