Industrials in receiver sale

Savills is seeking buyers for two industrials being sold for receivers. The agent is quoting €895,000 plus VAT and stamp duty for the 3,046sq m building at 2 Tougher Business Park, Naas. It is let to Tradecraft Building Products at €95,000 a year on a 10-year lease from 2012.

Savills is also quoting €575,000 for 7 & 8 Holly Avenue, Stillorgan Industrial Park which has a 1,767sq m warehouse and 786sq m of offices. The unit is let to Sky Functions, trading as Jumpzone, on a nine years and nine months lease at €60,000 per annum.
