In-fill sites for development in Dubin 12

€850,000 for 3.3 acres on Nangor Road

CBRE is looking for buyers for two in-fill development sites at Nangor Road and Coolfan House on the Old Naas Road in Dublin 12.

A guide price of €850,000 is being quoted for 1.34 hectares (3.3 acres) on Nangor Road adjoining Woodies DIY.

The second site of 0.34 of a hectare (0.776 of an acre) at Coolfan House has a guide price of €190,000.
