The ground floor High Nelly's coffee shop at the junction of Haddington Road and Percy Place in Dublin 2 has been bought by a private investor for €643,000.

The 71sq m (764sq ft) premises located in Victoria House is rented under a long lease at €43,000 per annum, giving the new owner an initial return of 6.4 per cent.

Danielle Rocca Devine of BNP Paribas Real Estate handled the sale of the premises which is located beside two restaurants, the Asador and Angelina's.
