Guide price busted for Dalkey Bistro

A fully fitted restaurant in a refurbished period building in the centre of Dalkey village, Co Dublin, has been sold for €750,000 – a full €175,000 above the guide price quoted by CBRE. The Dalkey Bistro is fitted out to a high standard and has 269sq m (2,895sq ft) of space over ground, first and basement floors. It is laid out as a traditional bistro with seating for 90 diners. The kitchen is contained within the dining area, giving customers a clear view of how their food is being prepared.

In recent years, Dalkey has become a popular location for southside diners, with a excellent selection of upmarket eateries and delis.
