Solar and wind energy company ABO Wind is to rent a larger unit at the Aspen Court scheme in Cornelscourt, Dublin 18.
Established in 1996 and with operations in 16 countries, the green energy company is to occupy a 261sq m (2,809sq ft) unit on a new four-year and nine-month lease at a rent of €204 per sq m (€19 per sq ft) per annum, together with seven car-parking spaces.

John Cannon of BNP Paribas Real Estate represented the landlord. Other occupiers in the scheme include Wyse Estate Agents, CR Capital Resources, Solar Turbines Europe, Capital Partners Development and Adams & Butler.
The same agent has also just negotiated a 10-year lease on 52 Mount Street Upper in Dublin 2 on behalf of the Housing Agency at a rent of €277 per sq m (€25.72 per sq ft). The State body, in operation since May 2010, previously occupied 53 Mount Street Upper in Dublin 2.
