Gated site in Rathcoole for sale for €450,000

Industrial property specialist William Harvey is quoting €450,000 for a gated and fenced site of about .66 of a hectare (1.68 acres) at Grants Avenue in Greenogue Business Park in southwest Dublin. The temporary buildings on site are to be removed by the current occupants.

Any future use of the site will be subject to a new planning application and payment of development levies.
