Garden centre in Co Meath for €4.5m

Sarah McCarthy of agent Kelly Walsh is quoting €4.5 million for a top ranking garden centre investment, Plantagen, at Piercetown, Dunboyne, Co Meath. The current rent of €456,000 is subject to a review in January 2017, and five yearly thereafter. The lease is guaranteed by the Norwegian-based parent company. The gross yield will work out at 10.1 per cent. Insomnia Coffee and Edinburgh Woollen Mills also trade under licence from the property.
