Four adjoining shops trading in Dublin's Capel Street are to be offered for sale at more than €400,000 through Sally Bailey of agents Kelly Walsh. The ground floor units are producing a rent roll of €44,068.

Three of the shops have frontage on to Capel Street while the fourth has dual frontage to Little Britain Street as well as Capel Street.

The modern, own-door units are located along a particularly busy stretch of Capel Street, one of the most dynamic retail areas of the city with a bigger variety of traders than any other street.

Merged units

Kelly Walsh says the four shops could possibly be merged into two units in the future.
