A key trading location at 7-9 Rathgar Road in Rathmines, Dublin 6, comes on the market today when Savills looks for a tenant for the former Lenehans Hardware premises.

The agency is quoting a rent of €125,000 for the high-profile building which has a ground floor area of 286sq m, a further 115sq m at first-floor level and a rear yard extending to 56sq m.
