Agents Finnegan Menton are to seek tenants for five office suites in the high- quality Rockfield Central development at Dundrum, Dublin 14.
The distinctive block was built by Gannon Properties over the Balally Luas stop on the Wyckham Road, directly opposite Dundrum Town Centre.
The three commercial blocks in the scheme include the well-known VHI Swiftcare clinic.
The five suites are available on individual floors and range in size from 148 to 497sq m (1,600 to 5,360 sq ft).
Two of the newly available suites are in the South Block where the remaining space is rented by Mott MacDonald Consulting Engineers.
Nicholas Corson of letting agent Finnegan Menton said they had recently noticed an increased level of interest in suburban offices which appeared to have been driven both by the expansion of firms already on site and the increasing number of companies wanting to relocate from the city centre.
Rockfield could not have been better placed insofar as public transport is concerned.
It is located right beside the Balally Luas stop, just 15 minutes from St Stephen’s Green.
