Global law firm DLA Piper has announced it is moving to new offices at 40 Molesworth Street in Dublin 2.

Located on the corner of Molesworth Street and Dawson Street, the new office comprises about 30,000sq ft of space over six floors and will accommodate the company’s growing headcount, which stands at more than 75 people.

The new lease runs until 2037 and allows space for the growth of the practice “in line with increasing client demand over the coming years”, it said.

David Carthy, country managing partner for DLA Piper in Ireland, said: “This is an incredibly exciting time for DLA Piper, and we are absolutely delighted to secure 40 Molesworth Street.
