Four retail units facing on to the busy seafront produce rents of €226,000

A prime retail investment at Harbour Square on Crofton Road in Dún Laoghaire, Co Dublin, is expected to attract considerable interest when it goes on the market today through Lisney.

Duncan Lyster of that agency is guiding €2,750,000 for four retail units facing on to the busy seafront which are rented by Milano, Bistro le Monde, The Gourmet Food Market Company and UN Sports Nutrition. The investment is producing a rental income of €226,000 and has a weighted average unexpired lease term of almost 10 years. The retail units extend to 845sq m (9,095sq ft) and come with four car-parking spaces. The new owner will have the option of either renting or selling three of the four car-parking spaces.
