An infill site with a lapsed planning permission for 31 apartments at Johnstown Road, Dún Laoghaire, Co Dublin, has come on the market at a guide price of €2.5 million.

DTZ Sherry FitzGerald is handling the sale of the 0.27 of a hectare (0.67 of an acre) site which has substantial frontage on to Johnstown Road and is located 800m from the Graduate roundabout on Rochestown Avenue.

DTZ is also marketing a second redevelopment site 0.44 of a hectare (1.09 acres) in Delgany village in Co Wicklow, which goes to auction on May 19th. The agents are guiding €950,000 for the property which has two existing houses on site and a "village centre" zoning under the Delgany and Kilcoole Local Area Plan.
