Donaghmede infill site for €4.5m

Dublin housing market underpinned by steadily improving economic fundamentals

An infill site capable of holding between 60 and 70 houses and apartments at Donaghmede in Dublin 13 is expected to attract considerable interest when it goes on the market today.

Ross Shorten of Lisney is guiding €4.5 million for the well-located suburban site of 1.3 hectares (3.21 acres) on the Hole in the Wall Road which is to be sold on behalf of the Missionary Society of St Columban. It is located close to the highly successful Grattan Hall residential scheme.

The Dublin housing market is underpinned by steadily improving economic fundamentals, positive sentiment and a shortage of new housing.

The Donaghmede site has a residential zoning which also allows religious and educational uses, nursing home and student accommodation.
