D18 site with permission for 61 housing units on market

Aikens Village’s 3.75 acres to be sold by licence agreement with €1m deposit required

A site with planning permission for 61 residential units at Aikens Village, Stepaside, Dublin 18, has come on the market on the instructions of Ken Farrell of Deloitte, statutory receiver to the Aikens Village Partnership.

The 3.75-acre site is to be sold by way of licence agreement through Savills with the purchasers likely to be paying a deposit of about €1 million and further payments (possibly totalling €5 million) as each house is completed and sold.

The planning permission provides for the development of 35 houses, 18 apartments and eight duplex units.
