Cosmetics company Inglot gets to makeover high profile shop

The international cosmetics company Inglot has moved swiftly to lease in an attractive retail building at 1 South Anne Street in Dublin 2.

Darren Peavoy of Bannon, who handled the letting on behalf of Prescient Investment Managers, said that when they received the letting instructions they knew who their target tenants were for the shop. They received a number of offers and the letting was agreed within a week

The agents were quoting a rent of over €80,000 and, with a high level of interest in the building and the letting terms agreed within days, they said they were “very happy with the result achieved”. The building has over 43.8sq m (472sq ft) on the ground floor with a further retail area of 28sq m (302sq ft) on the first floor and an overall floor area of 137sq m (1,485sq ft).

Inglot has more than 400 retail locations worldwide and five stores in Ireland, including Dundrum Town Centre and Blanchardstown.
