Celbridge site for €1.5m

Knight Frank is guiding €1.5 million for a ready-to-go residential site on the Hazelhatch Road in Celbridge, Co Kildare, which is to be auctioned on May 22nd.

An existing planning permission for 55 residential units on the 3.4 acre site has been extended to July 2018, opening the way for a new owner to secure approval for further houses on site.

The agent is advising that instead of the mixed housing and apartment scheme already approved, there is scope to apply for 40 good-sized family homes, which would be much sought after in Celbridge.
