Charles Hurst Motor Group has acquired their current Audi showrooms and site on the Goatstown Road in Dublin 14, for €1.75 million. The company agreed a lease in 2012 and had been paying rent of €120,000 for the premises which extend to 871sq m (9,375sq ft) on a site of 0.35 of a hectare. Knight Frank handled the sale of the property.
