Lambert Smith Hampton is inviting offers in excess of €900,000 for a retail building let to Café Du Journal at the Crescent in Monkstown, Co Dublin.

The mews was extended at the front and rear and now has a floor area of 129sq m and a first- floor area of 31sq m. The tenant has been in situ since 2011 under a 10-year lease at a rent of €65,000 per annum. The next rent review is due in 2017. Other traders on the Crescent include Searsons wine merchants, Salt (part of the Avoca chain) Seagreen and recently arrived restaurant Cinnamon.

Lambert Smith Hampton is also inviting offers in the region of €860,000 for a mid-terrace commercial building at Calmount Business Park in Ballymount, Dublin 22. The 610sq m premises is let to Bell Security – which was recently acquired by Stanley – at a rent of €70,000 per annum.

The lease has another 13 years to run.
