American Holidays to rent ex-Buffalo Shoes outlet on Exchequer Street

Travel agent American Holidays has agreed to rent the former Buffalo Shoes outlet at 16 Exchequer Street in Dublin 2.

The letting is for a 10-year lease at a rent of €65,000. The retail unit has 133sq m (1,428sq ft) at ground and basement levels.

Niall Delmar of JLL acted for the new tenant and Ben Pearson of Agar acted for the landlord.

This stretch of Exchequer Street enjoys a high level of footfall given that it links the Grafton Street area with South Great George's Street.
