Savills is guiding €850,000 for a mixed-use four-storey commercial and residential building at 12 Harbour Road and 55 Church Street in Howth, Co Dublin.

One restaurant in the building is occupied by Beshoffs and is rented at €54,000 per annum while the second one is currently vacant.

Seven bedsits in the investment are in need of refurbishment and are all currently vacant.

Once let, these vacant retail and residential units could substantially increase the property’s rent roll – especially given the shortage of residential rentals on the Dublin market.

Stephen McCarthy of Savills said he expects strong interest from developers and private investors who could quickly turn the property around.
