Johnny O’Connor of DTZ Sherry FitzGerald has secured €842,500 for a retail and office investment at Main Street, Blanchardstown, Dublin 15, which will show a return of 9.31 per cent.

The investment comprises two ground floor retail units and a first floor office suite which are producing an abated rent of €81,900. Smiles Dental as a sub-tenant is paying most of the rent, €34,500.

The other retail tenant is McPolin Pharmacy.
