€750,000 for mixed-use investment

A substantial property at the junction of Carysfort Avenue and Temple Road in Blackrock, Co Dublin, is to be offered for sale at €750,000 through joint agents Bannon and Morrissey’s.

The Tonic property extends to 873sq m (9,400sq ft) and includes a licensed premises, restaurant and nightclub. The high-profile building is likely to be of particular interest to investors because of the opportunities to sub-divide it before leasing it to separate operators.

Cian McMorrow of Bannon said they were confident of getting a high level of inquiries because of its landmark status in an affluent south Dublin suburb.
