DTZ Sherry FitzGerald is hoping to continue the recent run of successful auctions of infill housing sites in south Dublin by auctioning a ready-to-go plot for four houses in Stillorgan, Co Dublin .
The agency is guiding €700,000 for the 0.151 hectares (0.357 of an acre) site at Hillcrest, St Brigid’s Church Road, Stillorgan, which has full planning permission for four family homes – two three-bedroom semis and two four-bedroom detached units.
The gardens are south-west facing to capture the sunlight and draw light into the spacious kitchen areas to the rear of the houses.
The site is located on the western side of St Brigid's Church Road close to the junction with Brewery Road. This road connects the N11 to Sandyford Business Park, Leopardstown and the M50.
The site is located in the heart of south Dublin where there has been a significant growth in house prices over the past 12 months with many commentators citing a shortage of good family housing as an emerging problem.
