€400,000 for seven-acre Athy site

Jordan Auctioneers is guiding €400,000 for a seven-acre site at Woodstock South in Athy, Co Kildare, which is to be sold by tender through Dublin solicitors Arthur Cox on May 5th.

There is a two-storey derelict house on the site which is located about 600 metres to the west of Athy town centre.

An Bord Pleanála has approved the development of a 3,575sq m (38,481sq ft) retail store on the land.
