€2m for terrace of six houses in D4

The two-storey houses were assembled by Menolly Homes

A terrace of six houses alongside the Dylan Hotel at Eastmoreland Lane in Dublin 4 will be offered for sale at €2 million through agents Colliers International.

The two-storey houses were assembled by Menolly Homes with the intention of converting them into two-bedroom suites attached to the five-star hotel.

The company has now decided that, with the demand for city centre housing at its strongest for many years, it’s a good time to offload the row of houses.

The homes vary in size from 55 to 65 sq m (592 to 700 sq ft). While all of them will require refurbishment, three in particular will need a considerable amount of renovation.

Eastmoreland Lane is located behind the AIB branch office on Baggot Street, within easy walking distance of all the city centre attractions.

Another of the original houses on Eastmoreland Lane, No 2, was recently sold for more than €500,000 after being extensively upgraded and fitted out with a roof terrace.
