€2m for residential investment and adjoining development site

Agent Kelly Walsh is quoting €2 million for a residential investment and an adjoining development site at Leinster Road, Rathmines, Dublin 6.

The listed detached house at 126 Leinster Road is divided into six apartments and an adjoining three-bedroom coach house are all producing an income of about €100,000. The sale will include a site of around 0.75 of an acre at the rear of 125 and 126 Leinster Road with access on to Grosvenor Place. Jeremy Kelly of the selling agent says the site is suitable for a small housing scheme or as a plot for a single family home.
