€2m for 18-home site in Cork

Seamus Costello of DTZ Sherry FitzGerald is quoting €2 million for a ready-to-go site with planning permission for 18 upmarket detached family homes at Cleve Hill, Blackrock, Cork. The wooded site of 2.47 hectares (6.1 acres) is being sold on behalf of Kieran Wallace of KPMG, who was appointed to a subsidiary company of Howard \Holdings. Costello said he expected considerable interest in the site because of its location in one of the best residential suburbs in the city.
