Wesley Rothwell of CBRE is looking for €2.5 million for a high grade car showrooms let to Spirit Motors at Sandyford, Dublin 18, which will show an initial return of 7.66 per cent. The two-storey building has a floor area of 2,332 sq m (25,100 sq ft) and stands on a site of 1.7 acres which includes 81 car parking spaces. It is let to Spirit Motor Group on a 10 year lease from last May at a current rent of €200,000 which is subject to incremental increases to bring it up to €270,000 in year 10. Spirit has been operating in south Dublin since 2004.
