€2.5m for 14 apartments

Sale prompted by the appointment of receivers to Foundwell Investments

Lisa McInerney of GVA Donal O Buachalla is seeking €2.5 million for 14 apartments in a residential investment portfolio at Wilford Court, Corke Abbey Avenue in Bray, Co Wicklow. The sale has been prompted by the appointment by Ulster Bank of Duff & Phelps as receivers to Foundwell Investments who developed the complex.

The 14 residential units, including five penthouses, are currently producing a rent roll of €199,200. The penthouses, with three double bedrooms and wrap-around balconies have views over Bray Head and the Sugar Loaf. They are each rented at €1,500 per month.

The three-bedroom duplex units, with a separate kitchen and livingroom, bring in €1,200 per month, while ground-floor apartments, with a rear garden, rent at around €850 per months.
