€1m sought for Benburb St site

Lisney is seeking €1 million for six derelict houses and a redevelopment site at Benburb Street and Wood Lane in Dublin 7 not far from Collins Barracks.

The site extending to 0.24 of an acre would be ideal for a multi-storey development or a mixed use scheme, according to Ross Shorten who is handling the sale.

Areas adjoining the site have witnessed considerable redevelopment in recent years including a multi-storey apartment scheme at Collins Square on Benburb Street.

The site is beside the Luas red line, which has a regular service to the city centre and Tallaght.
