€1.5m for infill site

Colliers International is expecting strong interest in an infill development site in the south inner city which is to be sold on behalf of a private client.

Paul Finucane of the agency is quoting €1.5 million for the site, which extends to 0.05 of a hectare (0.125 of an acre) and is on Cuffe Street, close to its junction with Camden Street.

It is 200 metres from St Stephen's Green close to a range of high-profile properties including the College of Surgeons and offices occupied by KPMG, BDO, the Office of Public Works as well as DIT.

The site is accessed to the front from Cuffe Street and to the rear at Protestant Row and is bordered on the two other sides by an office block and a mixed use commercial building.
