CBRE is quoting in the region of €1.4 million for a KFC restaurant at Moorefield Road in Newbridge, Co Kildare.
The single-storey restaurant extends to 413 sq m (4,445 sq ft) and is let to Herbel Restaurants (Ireland) Ltd under a 20 year lease from last June subject to an annual base rent of €100,000 per annum rising to €120,000 in the fifth year.
The restaurant has a high profile on the south side of the main retail area in Newbridge. It is located close to McDonald's and opposite Tesco.
