Knight Frank is seeking €1,275,000 for a mixed-use development site in the village of Ardclough, Co Kildare.

The 16.4 acres involved has planning permission for 51 houses, a playschool, pharmacy and doctor's surgery. The development will cover about 11.9 acres of the holding. The land adjoins the newly opened St Anne's National School and is within 14 km of the Saggart Luas stop.
