In an article last Saturday, it was stated that 50 per cent of cases in the Commercial Court were concluded in fewer than 35 weeks.
It should have read that 50 per cent of cases were concluded in fewer than 18 weeks and that 75 per cent of cases were concluded in less than 35 weeks.
