CULINARY delights, including Mona Sole Au Pesto and Fillet de Bouef Au Paddy Power, will be created tomorrow at the annual Jurys Hotels chief executive cooking challenge. The winner will nominate a charity to receive £1,000 from Jurys Hotels. Entrants include the managing director of Bord na Mona, Mr Eddie O'Connor the managing director of Paddy Power Bookmakers, Mr Stewart Kenny the managing director of Ulster Bank, Mr John McNally the managing director of Guinness Ireland, Mr Colin Storm the managing director of Forbairt, Mr Dan Flinter and Dr Alastair McGuckian, the managing director of Masstock.
