Celtic Utilities has raised further capital of €13 million through existing shareholders, including the ICC private equity fund, the company said yesterday. The money raised will be used to fund further acquisitions and to develop its environmental infrastructure companies, Celtic said. It is involved in the operation of the €250 million wastewater treatment plant at Ringsend as part of the Dublin Bay Project.
