An Irish recruitment company, Calibre Ireland, and human resources specialist, Information Technology Systems (ITS), have joined forces to develop Talking CV.

The CD-Rom allows companies to review their selected candidates after they have been initially interviewed by the recruitment company, rather than going through the costly process of conducting their own interviews.

Calibre says the questions are criteria-based to ensure an objective and transparent approach at such an early stage. The CD-Rom will also feature candidate's relevant details, including educational experience and working skills.

Talking CV will be distributed in Ireland by ITS.
