The managing director of Campbell Advertising Ltd, Mr Paul Campbell, has announced his resignation, due to recent health problems. He will continue for a period as non-executive chairman. The company, trading as Campbell Grey & Associates, has announced that Mr Philip Sherwood is to become company director. The Grey Communication Group has agreed to buy Mr Campbell's share in the company.
