The highest paid director of Adare Printing Group, Mr Nelson Loane, chief executive, received £147,000 last year, according to the company's annual report. This consisted of £90,000 in salary, £42,000 in pension contributions and £15,000 in bonuses.
Unlike virtually all other Irish companies, Adare now gives as much information as British companies in its annual report. It shows directors' emoluments in different financial bands. One other director, for example, received emoluments of between £135,000 and £140,000. Total executive directors' remuneration rose from £438,000 to £531,000 for the four directors.
