Associated British Foods (ABF), operators of the Primark/ Pennys Stores outlets have agreed to acquire 10 stores from Miller Group in Britain. The stores were previously traded by Co-operative Retail Services under the "Living" brand. ABF has more than 30 Pennys outlets in the Republic and five Primark outlets in the North.
"Primark Stores Limited will now have 96 stores in the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland," ABF stated.
