Management and technology consultancy BearingPoint is planning on hiring more than 100 people in the next 12 to 18 months, appointing two new partners and two directors to its Irish business ahead of the recruitment drive.
Directors Claudia Carr and Gary Mullane have been promoted to partners. Ms Carr will lead BearingPoint Ireland’s People and Strategy Practice, covering sustainability, people development for the modern workplace, business transformation and management, and focusing on challenges facing organisations in the years to come.
Mr Mullane becomes partner with responsibility for BearingPoint’s Insurance Consulting Services, and is also head of data analytics and artificial Intelligence.
Marie Ryan and Gerard Hayes have been appointed director in software and director in business consulting respectively. Ms Ryan will grow the software team to help deliver innovative solutions to both new and existing clients. Mr Hayes will lead BearingPoint’s services related to the delivery of transformation programmes, operational and process excellence and workforce planning.
BearingPoint employs more than 250 consultants in Ireland. As part of its recruitment drive, the company is recruiting for 50 immediate vacancies across the business at all levels, from graduates up to senior leaders, in riles such as business process analysts, software testers, technology advisors and database administrators.
