Property developer Andras House has announced it is to build a £60 million (€76.18 million) leisure and entertainment complex in the heart of Belfast. Work on the 350,000 sq. ft. Lincoln Centre development, which will be situated on the city's Great Victoria Street, will begin in late summer and should be completed within two years.

The complex, the largest of its kind in Belfast, will comprise an 18-screen cinema, a health and fitness club, a 120-bedroom luxury hotel, a 280-bedroom budget hotel, restaurants, retail outlets, residential apartments and car-parking facilities.
